La Rocca Salami Factory provides guided tours of the company upon reservation with an explanation of the processing of the cured meats.
In particular, we produce the famous Piacenza DOP cold cuts Coppa, Pancetta and Salame which have received numerous awards and recognitions, in addition to typical cured meats such as Culatta, Culatello, Gola, Lombo and traditional Piacenza salami, Mariola, Strolghino, Gentile salami, etc.
At the end of the visit it is possible to shop in our shop "La Bottega del Suino d'Oro" and take advantage of the offers and learn about the specialties that are proposed. We recommend visiting our town Castell’Arquato which is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and the Piacenza hills, with unspoiled landscapes, full of castles and medieval villages.
The visit is suitable for adults, families, friends and couples.
Available every day of the week. On Saturday and Sunday the visits are available in the morning within 10:30am.
During the week the visits must be arranged with the accompanying accredited tour guide.
